Abstract:
Continuous co-phase power supply system can eliminate electrical phase separation from the entire line, having advantages in improving power quality and improving locomotive running speed. However, if the conventional protection system is adopted, the system after the whole line being launched will be fragile, because one failure in the traction network can affect the entire line, even stopping the traction network. Targeting this issue, a traction network section power supply measurement and control technology is studied. Using MATLAB/Simulink software, each part of the measurement and control system is modeled, and the protection behavior during short-circuit fault of traction network is simulated. Taking the Metro Line 18 and Line 22 as an example, by analyzing the voltage waveform before and after the fault, the feasibility and accuracy of the measurement and control method are verified.
