Abstract: Taking the tourism train project of Qixing Mountain in Zhangjiajie as the research background, according to the traditional wheel-rail system calculation theory and the matching relationship between the space line and the rack rail vehicles, combined with the safety, smoothness and comfort requirements of rack rail vehicles, the main planar and vertical section design parameters of the line are preliminarily decided from the angle of static calculation. The recommended value range of circular curve, transition curve, line spacing, maximum slope, vertical curve and length of slope for rack railway line are proposed. It provides reference for rack railway construction and formulation of relevant technical standards.
