Abstract: Under the strategy of rail transit leading urban development in Chengdu, rail transit station comprehensive development is an effective measure to guarantee practical needs of rail transit sustainable development and to promote urban organization reconstruction and power upgrading. Through literature research, learning from the experience of advanced cities at home and abroad, the concepts and advanced practices of TOD (transit-oriented development) are summarized. Considering the actual situation in Chengdu, comprehensive development system framework of rail transit stations in Chengdu is put forward.
