Abstract: From the perspective of railway hub cities, train operation mode for passenger dedicated lines comprehensively considering ‘suburban departure, central stop’ is put forward. Mixed integer linear programming model targeting optimization of passenger travel convenience is constructed and is converted to classical linear planning model to be solved with algorithm solver. Shenzhen is taken as example to study optimization of train operation plan. Research results show that the train operation plan comprehensively considering ‘suburban departure, central stop’ mode exerts higher capacity utilization rate of network stations and significantly improves the passenger travel convenience.
