Abstract:
Through analysis of passenger choice behavior, a logit model of passenger choice behavior is constructed, and the probability of passengers choosing express and local trains is obtained. Considering factors such as the ratio of operational express and local trains, auxiliary line status, and line passing capacity, objective function of the shortest passenger′s comprehensive travel time is constructed, and is solved with genetic algorithm. Based on a practical case, the design of express and local train stop scheme is proposed. The case analysis results show that the optimization scheme can shorten the overall travel time of passengers, increasing the probability of passengers choosing express trains. The efficacy of the objective function and algorithm is verified.
