Abstract: To improve the security standard system of urban rail transit in China, according to Opinions on Ensuring the Safe Operation of Urban Rail Transit (GBF ［2018］ No. 13), the needs of local security standards on urban rail transit are analyzed, several problems needing attention in setting the local security standards of urban rail transit are pointed out. On this basis, six main elements are put forward from aspects of standard application scope, prevention objects, key targets and parts classification, prevention measures rating classification, security system configuration requirements and security technology system performance requirements, aiming to establish the local security standards for urban rail transit.
