Abstract: The overhaul of metro vehicles is generally carried out after 5 years of operation or when running mileage of the vehicle has reached 600,000 kilometers. To avoid maintenance equipment lying idle and aging, as well as to meet the construction period requirements for civil engineering, an inclusive design scheme of overhaul maintenance equipment is proposed based on practical implementation experiences of metro depot project. In the scheme, secondary pouring conditions for equipment installation afterwards are reserved, the closing and protective scheme of equipment foundation pit is designed at the same time.
