不同减振轨道上地铁车辆动力学性能对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Metro Vehicle Dynamic Performance on Different Vibration-attenuating Tracks

  • 摘要: 为研究地铁车辆在不同减振轨道结构上的动力学性能,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,建立考虑不同类型减振轨道的地铁车辆-减振轨道耦合动力学模型。基于动力学仿真,对比分析地铁车辆在4种常用减振轨道上的横向稳定性,以及直线和曲线段的轮轨动力学性能。结果表明:减振轨道结构参数对地铁车辆横向稳定性有很大影响,弹性扣件减振轨道上车辆的轮轨安全性指标略小于其他3种减振轨道。

     

    Abstract: To study the dynamics performance of metro vehicles on different vibration-attenuating tracks, based on the vehicletrack coupling dynamics, a series of metro vehicle-track coupling dynamic models considering different types of vibration-attenuating tracks are established. Then, based on dynamic simulation, the lateral stability of metro vehicles on 4 conventional vibration-attenuating tracks, and the wheelrail dynamic performance on straight and curved lines are compared and analyzed. The results show that the structural parameters of vibration-attenuating track have a great influence on the lateral stability of metro vehicles, while the wheel-rail safety indexes of vehicle on the elastic fastener damping track are lower than those on other kinds of vibration-attenuating slab tracks.
