Abstract: Aiming at the typical hardware and software failures of IO(input/output) modules that occurred during the test and operation of a subway train, the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth, and corresponding solutions are provided. Tests of laboratory and batch loading show that the fault resolution methods are feasible and effective.
