Abstract:
To solve the problems of traditional rolling stock maintenance, and further optimize the maintenance mode, reduce the maintenance cost and improve the management efficiency, the intelligent maintenance project of Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Railway is taken as the starting point to carry out relevant studies. The intelligent maintenance is divided into digitalization, automation and intelligence 3 aspects, the significance of data interface and data sharing is emphasized. Then, focusing on production plan management, facilities management, production tools management, human resource management, as well as the construction ideas of intelligent detection of facilities and equipment infrastructure, some thoughts on maintenance automation and intelligence are put forward. The research results have been applied to Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Railway intelligent maintenance works.
