Abstract:
French tram vehicle depots are systematic, flexibly arranged and of high research value. By adopting statistical analysis method, the distribution and characteristics of French trams are summarized and analyzed. The depot layout formats of French tram-train dual mode, rubber\|tyred and steel wheel rail trams are comprehensively studied. The design characteristics of the overall layout of the depot, warehouse, depot line and turnout are summarized. Based on actual cases, the situation of tram vehicle allocation in French cities is analyzed and the vehicle allocation index per unit mileage is proposed. Finally, with reference to the experience of France tram development, suggestions for the problems existing in the construction of tram depots in China are proposed.
