地铁信号系统车载设备维保策略优化

Optimization of Metro Signaling System On\|board Equipment Maintenance Strategy

  • 摘要: 主要研究基于故障树的贝叶斯网络分析、基于状态的维修模型以及维保策略优化。在获取地铁信号系统车载设备故障数据的前提下,采用贝叶斯网络分析方法研究信号系统车载设备重要度的辨识方法;在周期预防性维修的基础上,采用基于状态的维修模型进行针对性优化,实现风险与成本双目标优化的目标,改善信号系统车载设备关键部件薄弱环节。

     

    Abstract: Maintenance strategy optimization with Bayesian network analysis based on fault tree and condition-based maintenance model is mainly studied. After obtaining the fault data of metro signaling system on-board equipment, the Bayesian network analysis is adopted to study the identification method of signaling system on-board equipment importance degree. On the basis of periodic preventive maintenance, the condition-based maintenance model is used to carry out targeted optimization, achieving the goal of risk and cost dual optimization, strengthening weak parts of signaling system on-board equipment key component.
