Abstract:
Due to the consideration of thermal expansion and cold contraction of medium and low speed maglev track, the track is transiently connected by fixed length rails through rail joint, in which process many rail gaps are formed. The influence of track gap on the detection performance of suspension sensor and the thermal deformation of F-rail of medium and low speed maglev track under the effect of temperature rise are analyzed. In line with vehicle suspension stability specification, relevant requirements from vehicle towards track gap design are put forward. Statistics and evaluation on the track gap value of certain domestic maglev test line is carried out, and corresponding improvement plans are proposed.
