Abstract:
In urban rail transit lines, curves have relatively high proportion, and the radius is relatively small. Accurate assessment of curve health condition is of great significance to allocating maintenance resources reasonably and optimizing maintenance scheduling. A new curve health evaluation model is proposed. The measurement data of vehicle body vibration and noise response is used to establish a condition evaluation index system, and curve health index (CHI) is determined. Accurate real-time assessment of curve health condition can be obtained from evaluation model. The effectiveness of the model is verified by the actual measurement data accumulated in Beijing Metro Line 1. Calculation results show that CHI can be used for comprehensive evaluation of curve health condition and can meet on-site metro management requirements.
