Abstract: The pile foundation construction schedule management based on BIM (building information modeling) + smart site platform is introduced, taking the pile foundation construction of Xingong vehicle depot of Beijing Metro Line 19 first phase project as an example. The methods of creating pile foundation model, encoding pile foundation and generating pile foundation lofting data by using BIM software and Dynamo software are emphatically analyzed, as well as the main functions and application scenarios of smart site platform. The practical application shows that for the pile foundation construction project of vehicle depot with a large number of piles and a tight construction period, the BIM+smart site platform can take hold of real\|time construction progress information, and can adjust construction deployment accordingly in time, which not only ensures the deadline, but also improves the quality. The use of modern management tools instead of conventional management methods reduces manual operation, which allows improvement of information filling accuracy and work efficiency.
