Abstract:
Suzhou rail transit has 3 station personnel outsourcing project departments, managing over 1000 outsourcing station crew. With the increase of station personnel outsourcing project departments and outsourcing station crew, professional, specific, and regulated management must be implemented for the project departments. The point of carrying out station outsourcing project is analyzed. Problems existing in Suzhou rail transit station personnel outsourcing project management are analyzed. The master planning and construction practice of Suzhou rail transit station personnel outsourcing project department standardization are introduced, and rectification suggestions and improvement directions are proposed targeting problems existing in construction practice.
