Abstract: Targeting the series of new domestic national policy on the construction and management of urban rail transit issued recently,the certain level of impact of relevant laws and regulations, technical standard and specifications adjustment on the planning, design and approval of urban rail transit is analyzed. Based on urban rail transit project construction procedure, the impact of new national policy on urban rail transit planning, design content and approval procedure is sorted from macro level.
