Abstract: In view of the problems of unreasonable train operation, inconvenient ticket purchase, long waiting time further optimization of equipment and facilities function layout on the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Railway, the current operation situation of the railway is analyzed. Intercity railway public transport operation strategies including adopting multi-party synergetic coordination, making break through on the conventional ticket system, formulating flexible operation plans, optimizing passenger transport organization, developing reasonable layout of equipment are put forward, so as to better meet the travel needs of intercity passengers further promote the linkage and development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan agglomeration.
