Abstract:
Taking the long-distance link passage between Panlongcheng Station–Hongtu Boulevard Station interval of Wuhan Rail Transit Airport Line as engineering background, the project adopts horizontal freezing method in construction to reinforce the stratum, and the freezing process is designed. By analyzing temperature field of the link passage with COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software, the effective thickness and effective temperature of the control section frozen wall are obtained, and both meet the design requirements. Structural mechanics method and finite element method are adopted respectively to analyze and calculate the frozen wall thickness, strength and stability. Results show that the above indicators all meet the design requirements, and the rationality of the freezing process design is proven. During horizontal freezing method construction, the airport line link passage adopts double-side freezing hole layout and anti-deviation technology, and temperature changes are strictly controlled, ensuring safe and smooth operation of the project effectively.
