Abstract:
Based on a project of Beijing metro tunnel side-passing bridge pile foundation engineering, considering the bridge structure and hydrogeological conditions, a comprehensive control scheme including measures of bridge pier grouting reinforcement and tunnel face deep-hole grouting is put forward. Through numerical analysis and field monitoring, the construction protection and deformation control of metro tunnel side-passing bridge pile foundation in complex geological condition are comparatively analyzed. Results show that the high pressure grouting in unfavored geological condition will cause the instantaneous displacement with the key feature of steep rise in the area adjacent to the left and right tunnels which causes the surface and bridge cap to display the ′M′-shaped uplift. Tunnel face advanced deep-hole grouting is a key control measure for metro tunnel side-passing bridge pile foundation construction. Although slight local uplift occurs on the ground surface due to grouting expansion stress, the accumulated settlement and inclination of bridge pile foundation will not exceed the specified index. Grouting technology and parameters have a great influence on stratum deformation and foundation pile tilt, so it is necessary to focus on site risk monitoring and management, so that monitoring data can be fed back to the site for construction guidance.
