Abstract: To realize station resource intensification, a technical analysis is carried out on various types of station resources. Based on the four dimensions of improving resource quality, increasing resource content, concentrating and combining resources, the station resource intensive management strategy is studied, including cloud solutions, regional vehicle control room, Internet of Things, intelligent operation and maintenance, BIM (building information model), joint setting of management room, etc. It is aiming to achieve beneficial outcomes such as saving land area, reducing construction cost investment, operation and maintenance costs.
