Abstract: Based on the technological measures of FAO (fully automatic operation) and the intelligent operation and maintenance of Nanning Metro Line 5 vehicle, considering the status and shortcomings of vehicle base train inspection, the train inspection plan management system of FAO vehicle base is developed and put into practical use. The hardware layout and the composition and functionality of software system of the management system are introduced, the application principle is analyzed in detail. Results show that the train inspection plan management system can open the data link between the subsystems within the intelligent operation and maintenance system and realizes the functions of automatic generation of maintenance plan, paperless distribution of operation tasks, unmanned management of personnel in and out of the warehouse, and information tracing of fault conditions.
