地铁车辆空调机组降噪效果的试验研究

Experimental Study on Noise Reduction Performance of Metro Vehicle Air-conditioning Unit

  • 摘要: 分析了地铁车辆空调机组的主要噪声源及相应的降噪方法。通过试验,针对地铁车辆空调机组常用的吸音蜗壳及吸音导流圈降噪效果进行检测,并比对研究了试验结果。研究发现:吸音蜗壳对于降低离心风机的噪声有良好效果,风机性能基本不受影响;吸音导流圈虽未影响轴流风机的性能,但无降噪作用。

     

    Abstract: The main noise sources and corresponding noise reduction measures of metro vehicle air-conditioning unit are analyzed. Through experiments, the noise reduction perfor-mance of sound-absorbing volute and sound-absorbing diversion circle commonly used in metro vehicle air-conditioning unit is tested, and the results are comparatively studied. It is found that the sound-absorbing volute has a good effect on reducing centrifugal fan noise with bare disturbance on fan performance, while the sound-absorbing diversion circle has neither noise reduction benefit nor disturbance on axial fan performance.
