Abstract:
Based on the twist safety test requirements specified in EN 14363:2016(E), the test methods under conditions whether twist test rig is available or not in the laboratory are elaborated, and the simulation model of twist test rig is established. Taking an export metro vehicle as example, the vehicle wheel weight change tendency under the conditions of air spring inflated and deflated is analyzed. Research results show that the minimum wheel/rail vertical forces of air spring inflated and deflated are 25.53 kN and 19.65 kN respectively, and the corresponding wheel weight unloading ratio is 0.46 and 0.59 respectively, meeting the standard requirements below 0.60 safety limit. In addition, the increase and decrease of wheel-rail vertical force under the condition of air spring deflated is significantly greater than that of the air spring inflated, indicating that the impact of secondary suspension parameter on vehicle anti-twist performance is obvious.
