Abstract: To meet the urgent needs of rapid industry development and enterprise digital transformation of urban rail transit, and to make up for the insufficiency in evaluation aspect of the existing enterprise efficiency index system, considering the current construction status of the index systems at home and abroad and the actual operation of Shanghai Shentong Metro Group, the connotation and scope of urban rail transit enterprise efficiency is defined, and evaluation index system that can reflect rail transit enterprise efficiency is constructed. The improvement strategy of urban rail transit enterprise efficiency index is studied, and application in typical scenarios is realized by big data technology, providing scientific basis for the decision-making of urban rail transit operation managers.
