Abstract: To accurately reflect the operation status of turnout switch machine, judgment basis is provided for equipment maintenance personnel to carry out equipment status main-tenance. Based on the field monitoring data and on-site main-tenance experience, the concept of deterioration degree is introduced, and with the characteristics of turnout switch machine, the turnout switch machine feature parameters based on deterioration degree are established. Weight vectors of feature parameters are established based on AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and EWM (entropy weight method), and the fuzzy judgment matrix of deterioration degree is established using ridge-shape distribution membership function. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the turnout switch machine overall health status is carried out, and the status is determined according to the maximum membership degree.
