Abstract: In order to respond to China′s requirements for hierarchical management and control of urban rail transit operation safety risks, and to adapt to the rapid development of urban rail transit FAO (fully automatic operation) system, considering the characteristics of FAO system, according to the implementation steps of safety risk identification, evaluation, and hierarchical management and control, the FAO system safety risk hierarchical management and control system is established, and the risk identification, evaluation, and management and control capabilities of the FAO system are improved. At the same time, a good foundation for the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers will be laid, ensuring the operation safety of urban rail transit.
