Abstract: Based on the working principle of urban rail transit medium-voltage feedback type regenerative braking absorption device, the application value of it during construction and operation period, and the method of verifying compatibility between train braking and the device are analyzed. Results show that it is necessary to carry out the compatibility test before official operation, and the device should be put into use as soon as possible when the operation frequency is less at the initial stage.
