Abstract: Based on the systematic identification and analysis of straddle monorail GOA4 (grade of automation 4) grade FAO (fully automatic operation) system risk, its safety risk management system is established. Using the LC (risk matrix) assessment method, the safety risk management and control issue of straddle monorail GOA4 grade FAO system is studied, and the practices of safety risk identification, analysis and assessment, management and continuous monitoring are carried out to keep the safety risk of straddle monorail GOA4 grade FAO system under control.
