Abstract:
The whole lifecycle cost of standard metro vehicle is decomposed, and the vehicle full lifecycle cost composition, cost factors and cost influencing factors are analyzed. The whole lifecycle cost composition of existing metro vehicles is statistically analyzed. According to the analysis results, the cost reduction direction is defined, cost reduction solution and specific measures are put forward from aspects including the optimization of maintenance schedules, repair programs and equipment lifespan, simplification (simplicity, unity and standardization), autonomy, maintainability design, intelligent operation-maintenance and balanced repair implementation.
