Abstract:
Objective: Due to the influence of construction plans and sequences, some urban rail transit lines need to be dismantled in the long\|term operation. Once the overall track bed in the rail project is poured, it is difficult to make overall changes, which is the key and difficulty in dismantling rail lines. In order to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of line dismantling, it is necessary to optimize the track configuration and pre\|set reasonable dismantling plans at the preliminary design stage. Method: Taking the dismantling of an interval track project of urban rail transit Line 1 in a city as an example, the key and difficult points of the track dismantling based on the introduction of the line pre\|and post\|dismantling route direction are analyzed. Two alternative plans for the dismantling project (resin sleeper bed plan and prefabricated slab bed plan) are studied in depth, and the specific dismantling measures, dismantling scope, dismantling process, and dismantling time of each plan are analyzed in detail. The two alternative plans are compared to obtain the recommended one. Result &Conclusion: It is recommended to adopt a resin pillow (integrated resin pillow is recommended) for the roadbed design. This solution can not only meet the extremely high demand in the early operation stage, but also the ultra\|high adjustment requirements in the later disassembly stage. It can also reduce the amount of disassembly work, shorten the disassembly time, and decrease the operation interruption time in the route.
