Abstract:
[Objective] The regional collaborative management of urban rail transit (URT) is explored to assist in the construction of Shanghai resilient city. Research is carried out specifically on the collaborative management mode for Shanghai URT network. [Method] Based on the concept of resilient city construction, taking Shanghai URT network as example, a new regional collaborative management mode for URT is proposed from dimensions including resource allocation optimization, personnel composite management, emergency response coordination. The mode incorporates the principles of resilient city construction, targeting the enhancement of resilience and emergency response capabilities within URT regions. The ultimate goal is to improve the resistance, adaptability, and resilience of URT to various safety risks. [Result & Conclusion] By exploring new modes of regional collaborative management between urban rail transit lines and stations, the potential resilience-building needs are analyzed and strategies for enhancing operational management efficiency, intensifying resource development, and optimizing resilience configurations are proposed. This mode provides a reference for urban rail transit construction and operation, aiming to strengthen network safety and resilience in response to various emergencies.
