渣土浆在地铁隧道盾尾管片壁后注浆中的再利用及效果分析

Reuse and Effect Analysis of Muck Slurry in Tail-void Backfill Grouting of Metro Tunnels

    目的 地铁隧道盾构法施工有大量渣土需要外排。渣土不仅占用地面施工空间,而且运输过程中需要消耗大量人力物力,造成资源浪费和城市环境破坏。为了响应国家“双碳”战略,需要研究废弃渣土的循环再利用技术。
    方法 依托南京地铁6号线金陵石化站至栖霞山站区间盾构工程,提出了一种以盾构废弃渣土为原料的渣土浆再利用技术。阐述了案例工程概况,介绍了渣土浆的制备工艺。在案例项目实施初期,选取2个区段,分别采用了商品浆(传统单液浆)、渣土浆作为同步注浆材料。分析了这2个区段的地面沉降、管片竖向位移及管片渗漏位置,以对比渣土浆和商品浆的使用效果。
    结果及结论  渣土浆性质良好,可代替商品浆作为同步注浆材料。从地面沉降及管片上浮控制作用的角度看,渣土浆均优于商品浆。以渣土浆作为同步注浆材料的施工区段,其地面沉降相较于商品浆减小了约40 %,管片上浮量相较于商品浆减小了约56 %。经过初步计算,案例项目的渣土外运成本约节省了94.42 万元,制备浆液成本约减少了40 万元/km。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Shield tunneling in metro construction generates a massive amount of waste muck that requires off-site disposal. Muck not only occupies ground construction space but also consumes significant manpower and material resources during transportation, causing resource waste and urban environmental damages. In response to the national "Dual Carbon" strategy (peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality), it is essential to investigate recycling and reuse technologies for waste muck.
    Method Relying on the shield tunneling project between Jinling Petrochemical Station and Qixiashan Station of Nanjing Metro Line 6, a muck slurry reuse technology with shield waste muck as the raw material is proposed. The case engineering overview is elaborated, and the preparation process of the muck-based slurry is introduced. In the initial implementation phase of the project, two sections are selected to apply commercial slurry (traditional single-liquid grout) and the muck slurry as synchronous grouting materials, respectively. Ground settlement, segment vertical displacement, and segment leakage locations of these two sections are analyzed to compare the application effects of muck slurry and commercial slurry.
    Result & Conclusion  Due to its good properties, muck slurry can replace commercial slurry as a synchronous grouting material. In terms of both controlling ground settlement and segment floating, the muck slurry outperforms the commercial grout. Compared to commercial slurry sections, those utilize the muck slurry as synchronous grouting material can reduce ground settlement by approximately 40% and segment floating by about 56%. Preliminary calculations suggest that the project saves approximately 944,200 CNY in muck transportation costs and reduces slurry preparation costs by 400,000 CNY/km.
