Impact of Road Bridge Pile Construction in Loess Strata on Adjacent Urban Rail Transit Structures

    目的 部分规范对桥桩邻近地铁结构施工的净距控制值给出了建议,但在不同的水平净距下,桥桩施工对邻近城市轨道交通的影响机理尚不清楚,需要进一步研究。
    方法 以西安市黄土地层某邻近城市轨道交通的大型道路立交工程施工为案例,结合场地条件,建立了三维数值模型。对施工全过程进行模拟,分析了桥桩施工对邻近盾构隧道、矿山法隧道及明挖框架结构的影响。将模拟仿真值与实际监测值进行对比,验证了桥桩施工对城市轨道交通结构影响机理的有效性。
    结果及结论  桥梁对城市轨道交通的主要影响发生在桥桩施工阶段。桥梁工程的桩长超过城市轨道交通结构埋深时,桩长变化对城市轨道交通结构的变形影响微弱。当桥梁基桩与城市轨道交通车站主体结构、明挖附属结构及矿山法隧道的水平净距大于4 m,与盾构隧道的水平净距大于5 m时,桥桩施工对城市轨道交通结构的影响微弱。当水平净距小于上述界限值时,应对城市轨道交通结构的受力变形状态、隧道曲率半径及相对曲率等进行验算。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective While some specifications provide recommended control values for the clear distance between bridge piles and adjacent metro structures during construction, the influence mechanism of bridge pile construction on adjacent urban rail transit structures under varying horizontal clear distances remains unclear, requiring further investigation.
    Method Taking the construction of a large vertical transportation road project adjacent to urban rail transit in Xi’an loess stratum as a case study, a three-dimensional numerical model is established based on the site conditions. The entire construction process is simulated to analyze the impact of bridge pile construction on adjacent shield tunnels, mined tunnels, and open-cut frame structures. The simulated values are compared with actual monitoring data to verify the effectiveness of influence mechanism for bridge pile construction on urban rail transit structures.
    Result & Conclusion  The primary impact of bridges on urban rail transit occurs during the bridge pile construction stage. When the bridge pile length exceeds the burial depth of the urban rail transit structure, variations in pile length have a negligible effect on the deformation of urban rail transit structures. When the horizontal clear distance from bridge foundation piles and urban rail transit station main structures, open-cut auxiliary structures, and mined tunnels exceeds 4 m, and the horizontal clear distance to shield tunnels is greater than 5 m, the impact of bridge pile construction on urban rail transit structures is negligible. But when the horizontal clear distance falls below the above threshold values, it is necessary to verify the stress and deformation state of the urban rail transit structures, as well as the tunnel curvature radius, and relative curvature.
