Safety Assurance Methods for Urban Rail Transit Virtual Coupling System Engineering

  • 摘要: [目的]为了系统识别城市轨道交通虚拟编组系统安全需求,为该系统安全保障及第三方评估提供技术参考,需对虚拟编组系统安全保障方法进行研究。[方法]根据城市轨道交通相关安全标准,针对虚拟编组系统的技术特点,提出了1套覆盖虚拟编组系统各生命周期的安全保障方法。从虚拟编组系统级、信号/车辆系统级等不同层次进行危害分析及安全需求识别,对识别出的安全需求按照新增功能安全需求、技术安全需求和操作维护安全需求进行分类管理和验证。以北京地铁11号线示范工程为例,对虚拟编组系统工程安全保障方法进行了验证。[结果及结论]北京地铁11号线示范工程应用虚拟编组系统工程安全保障方法,基于信号/车辆系统新增的基本功能分析识别基础危害,通过分层次危害分析制定相应控制措施,将新技术风险控制在最低合理可行水平。

     

    Abstract: [Objective] To systematically identify the safety requirements of urban rail transit virtual coupling systems, and provide technical references for system safety assurance and the third-party assessment, it is necessary to conduct research on safety assurance methods for virtual coupling systems. [Method] In accordance with relevant rail transit safety standards and considering the technical characteristics of virtual coupling system, a comprehensive safety assurance method covering all life cycle stages of the virtual coupling system is proposed. Hazard analysis and safety requirement identification are carried out on multiple levels, including the virtual coupling system level and the signaling/vehicle system level, classify and verify the identified safe requirements according to newly added functional safety requirements, technical safety requirements, and operation/maintenance safety requirements. Using the demonstration project on Beijing Subway Line 11 as a case study, the safety assurance method for virtual coupling system engineering is verified. [Result & Conclusion] The application of the engineering safety assurance method for the virtual coupling system in the Beijing Subway Line 11 demonstration project enables the analysis and identification of fundamental hazards based on signaling/vehicle system newly added functions. Corresponding control measures are developed through hierarchical hazard analysis, effectively controlling the risks associated with the new technology to the lowest reasonably achievable level.
