    目的 在城市轨道交通安全检查与探测系统的建设与改造中,相关标准存在适用不清、技术选型依据不足等问题。对此,为了给安全检查与探测设备及系统的设置、选型、质量把控等提供标准化解决方案,有必要明确新版的GB/T 26718—2024《城市轨道交通安全防范系统技术要求 》第10章“安全检查与探测系统”实施要点。
    方法 围绕城市轨道交通安全检查与探测系统的技术标准与实施要求展开研究,通过与GB/T 26718—2011旧版标准对比,结合行业需求,分析了GB/T 26718—2024“安全检查与探测系统”章节的修订原则,以及在设备分类、技术参数、智能化功能等方面的修订要点,重点探讨了炸药探测、液态危险品、X射线安全检查、人体安全检查及生物因子探测等设备应重点关注的关键技术指标,以及相关条文的内涵与实践意义。
    结果及结论  GB/T 26718—2024除结构性变化外,还扩展了安全检查与探测系统的可探测种类,引入了多种新型技术手段,在兼顾安全与经济的条件下,对不同设备提出了适用于城市轨道交通领域的性能指标,重点提高了在智能化识别、网络化联动与数据接口统一方面的技术要求,其有效实施需超越单一设备采购思维,转向系统集成与场景适配的整体性思路。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective In the construction and renovation of urban rail transit safety inspection and detection systems, there exist problems such as unclear applicability of relevant standards and insufficient basis for technology selection. To address this and to provide standardized solutions for the configuration, selection, and quality control of safety inspection and detection equipment and systems, it is necessary to clarify the key implementation points of "Safety Inspection and Detection Systems", Chapter 10 in the new version of GB/T 26718-2024 Technical Requirements for Safety System of Urban Mass Transit.
    Method The technical standards and implementation requirements for urban rail transit safety inspection and detection systems are the focus of the research. By comparing with the old version of GB/T 26718—2011 and considering industry demands as well, the revision principles of the "safety Inspection and Detection Systems" chapter in GB/T 26718-2024, and the key revisions in areas such as equipment classification, technical parameters, and intelligent functions are analyzed The critical technical indicators for equipment such as explosive detectors, liquid hazardous material detectors, X-ray safety inspection systems, human body safety scanners, and biological agent detectors, along with the connotation and practical significance of relevant provisions are specifically examined and discussed.
    Result & Conclusion  In addition to structural changes, the new version GB/T 26718-2024 expands the detectable categories of safety inspection and detection systems, introduces new technological methods, and proposes performance indicators of the equipment suitable for urban rail transit applications while balancing safety and cost-effectiveness. It particularly enhances technical requirements for intelligent recognition, networked interoperability, and unified data interfaces. The effective implementation of new version GB/T 26718-2024 requires moving beyond the mindset of single-equipment procurement and turning to an integrated approach that incorporates system integration and scenario adaptation.
