区域一体化视角下地铁广佛线的客流演变及时空发展特征

Characteristics of Passenger Flow Evolution and Its Spatiotemporal Development on Guangzhou-Foshan Metro Line from the Perspective of Regional Integration

    目的 在区域一体化背景下,跨市出行从“低频次、长距离”向“高频次、短距离”模式转变,但跨市轨道交通线路普遍存在客流效益较差的问题。应基于成熟运营的跨市轨道交通线路,剖析此类线路的客流特征,以期为都市圈轨道交通可持续发展提供理论支撑与实践范式。
    方法 以我国首条跨市地铁广佛线为研究对象,揭示了该线客流演变规律及驱动机制。基于2011—2021年多源数据,构建了“政策-空间-网络”三维分析框架,系统解析了广佛线客流时空特征及影响因素。对后续其他跨市轨道交通线路发展提出了建议,并对此类线路发展过程中可能遇到的问题提出了警示。
    结果及结论 广佛线的客流增长在时间上经历了4个阶段,最终呈现出“双峰通勤+周末均衡”的客流特征,且在空间上构建了“多线联动”的交互格局。广佛线的发展模式为:通过制度创新来破解行政壁垒,建立“规划-开发-运营”协同机制及产业梯度驱动开发模式,进而推动跨市轨道交通线路从“被动衔接”向“主动融合”转型。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Against the backdrop of regional integration, the intercity travel has shifted from a "low-frequency, long-distance" model to a "high-frequency, short-distance" one. However, intercity rail transit lines generally face the challenge of poor passenger flow efficiency. It is necessary to analyze the passenger flow characteristics of maturely operated intercity rail transit lines based on the experiences of such lines, with a view to providing theoretical support and practical paradigms for the sustainable development of rail transit in metropolitan areas.
    Method  Taking the Guangfo (Guangzhou-Foshan)Metro Line, China’s first intercity metro line, as the research object, the evolution pattern and driving mechanism of passenger flow on this line are revealed. Based on multi-source data from 2011 to 2021, a three-dimensional analytical framework of policy-space-network is constructed to systematically analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics of passenger flow on the Guangfo Metro Line and their influencing factors. Finally, suggestions are put forward for the development of other subsequent intercity rail transit lines, and warnings are given regarding potential problems that may arise during the development of such lines.
    Result & Conclusion  The passenger flow growth of the Guangfo Metro Line has gone through four phases over time, eventually presenting dual-peak commuting + balanced weekend passenger flow characteristics. Spatially, an interactive pattern of multi-line connection is also formed. The development model of the Guangfo Metro Line is characterized by breaking down administrative barriers through institutional innovation; by establishing a collaborative planning-development-operation mechanism and an industrially gradient-driven development model, to further facilitate the transformation of intercity rail transit from a passive connection to an active integration.
