Abstract:
Objective To strengthen the quality management of intercity railway projects, it is necessary to compare the relevant technical standards of high-speed railways and optimize the technical specifications for dynamic acceptance of intercity railways.
Method Taking the
Technical Specifications for Dynamic Acceptance of Intercity Railway Projects in Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macao Greater Bay Area(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Intercity Code’) and
Technical Specifications for Dynamic Acceptance of High-speed Railway(hereinafter referred to as the ‘HSR Code’) as research objects, their differences in terms of technical standards, inspection items, and evaluation indicators are systematically compared, and the characteristics and innovations of the intercity railway specifications are analyzed.
Result & Conclusion Building upon the core requirements of the HSR Code, the Intercity Code has made extensive adaptive adjustments and innovative refinements to the inspection content, evaluation indicators, and safety requirements, tailored to the characteristics of the intercity railways in the Greater Bay Area, forming a dynamic acceptance standard system that is more regionally distinctive and better aligned with the operational needs of intercity railway. Therefore, the Intercity Code can provide a scientific and effective basis for guiding the dynamic acceptance of intercity railway projects in the Greater Bay Area.
