Abstract:
Objective The smart development of city railway is a core direction for improving operational efficiency, but faces technical and management challenges such as interchange coordination and so on. A 3D visualization control system is constructed and validated, aiming to form a replicable technical paradigm and provide technical support for future smart joint commissioning modes.
Method Following the technical roadmap of "3D modeling-multiple source integration-joint commissioning verification-future scenario rehearsal", and based on the practical experiences of Shanghai Airport Link Line, a station 3D visualization control platform is developed by integrating data on energy, equipment health, and passenger flow heatmaps. The technical features of intelligent equipment sensing and one-click station opening/closing are analyzed emphatically, innovative approaches in joint commissioning platform development and closed-loop management mechanisms are elaborated. Meanwhile, future technology pathways such as digital twin simulation and crosssystem collaborative joint commissioning are explored.
Result & Conclusion Shanghai Airport Link Line has constructed and demonstrated the feasibility of 3D visualization control system for smart stations, achieving intelligent equipment management control, and multi-source data driven decision making. The closed-loop resolution cycle of joint commissioning issues is reduced to 3 days, with a significant drop in overdue rates. The innovative technologies and operational modes of 3D visualization control offer demonstrative value, the technical and management approaches provide practical references for future smart joint commissioning, as well as methodological support for iterative upgrades. All this promotes the evolution of city railway smart joint commissioning from "functional verification" to "proactive future scenario rehearsal".
