    目的 地铁运营中的钢轨廓形磨损与车轮状态恶化可导致轮轨接触关系改变,从而导致车辆异常晃动明显,不仅影响了乘坐舒适性,更对行车安全构成了潜在威胁,有必要对平稳性指标超限原因进行深入研究,并提供整治方案。
    方法 通过在线测试分析了车辆横向平稳性指标超限的潜在诱因,包括系统质量及惯性质量、悬挂部件刚度和阻尼参数、轮轨接触关系等,系统阐明了异常晃动激扰源及传递路径。提出了更换轴箱转臂节点、镟修车轮踏面、打磨钢轨廓形的协同综合整治方案,并通过多次车辆运行平稳性对比测试进行了验证。
    结果及结论 车辆异常晃动来源于轮轨等效锥度失配激发的轮对蛇行运动,并通过构架传递至车辆,导致了车辆横向平稳性指标超标。采取治理措施后,车辆横向晃动得到了有效抑制,横向运行平稳性指标显著提升至优级标准,验证了综合治理方案的有效性。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Rail profile wear and wheel condition degradation during subway operation can lead to changes in the wheel-rail contact relationship, then resulting in obvious abnormal vehicle sway. This not only compromises ride comfort but also poses a latent threat to operational safety. It is necessary to conduct an in-depth research on the causes of stability indicator exceedance and provide a rectification scheme.
    Method Potential causes for lateral stability indicators exceedance are analyzed through online test, including system mass and inertial mass, stiffness and damping parameters of suspension components, and wheel-rail contact relationship. The excitation sources and transmission paths of the abnormal sway are systematically clarified. A comprehensive and collaborative rectification scheme is proposed, involving replacing the axle box articulation joints, re-profiling the wheel treads, and grinding the rail profiles, which is then validated through multiple comparative tests of vehicle running stability.
    Result & Conclusion  Abnormal vehicle sway stems from wheel-set hunting motion excited by wheel-rail equivalent conicity mismatch, which is transmitted to the vehicle through the bogie frame, causing vehicle lateral stability indicators to exceed the standard. After implementing control measures, the vehicle's lateral sway is effectively suppressed, and the lateral running stability indicators are significantly improved to the excellent standard, thereby verifying the effectiveness of the comprehensive rectification scheme.
