Application and Analysis of Intelligent Tool Cabinets in High-speed EMU Manufacturing Industry

    目的 高速动车组装配产线组在传统工具管理过程中存在工具登记烦琐、追溯困难等问题,为了适配“高精度、高安全、高效率、高合规”的要求,支撑精益生产与智能制造升级,须对智能工具柜进行应用分析,以此为轨道交通装备制造业提供工具管理优化路径。
    方法 分析了智能工具柜的工作原理与功能特性。以中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司国铁事业部装配产线及转向架总成产线为研究对象,通过实地调研与案例分析,探讨了智能工具柜的RFID(射频识别)技术、人脸识别等功能与装配工序需求的适配性,剖析了操作不熟练、系统对接延迟等问题的原因。总结了智能工具柜应用的问题与挑战,提出了培训强化、接口优化等智能工具柜应用的优化策略。
    结果及结论 智能工具柜的应用显著提升了生产现场的管理效能,应用后工具领用、归还时间缩短了30%~50%,库存准确率大幅提升,工具丢失率明显下降。智能工具柜实现了工具管理从被动到主动的转变,其与“融数平台”对接等功能,为制造业产线组数字化升级提供了实践范式。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The assembly line units for high-speed EMU(electric multiple unit) face issues such as cumbersome registration and difficult traceability in traditional tool management processes. To meet the requirements of "high precision, high safety, high efficiency, and high compliance", and support the lean production and smart manufacturing upgrade, an application analysis of intelligent tool cabinets for rail transit equipment manufacturing industry is required in terms of providing tool management path optimization.
    Method The working principles and functional characteristics of intelligent tool cabinet are analyzed. Taking the assembly production line and the bogie assembly line of CRRC Changchun National Railway Business Department as research objects, field investigation and case analysis are utilized to discuss the adaptability of intelligent tool cabinet functions, such as RFID (radio-frequency identification) technology and face recognition to assembly process needs. The causes for unfamiliarity with operation and system docking delay issues are analyzed. By summarizing problems and challenges in the application of intelligent tool cabinets, optimization strategies including training enhancement and interface optimization are proposed.
    Result & Conclusion  The application of intelligent tool cabinets has significantly enhanced management efficiency at production sites, achieving a 30% to 50% reduction in tool issuance and return time, a great improvement in inventory accuracy, and a marked decline in tool loss rate. The intelligent tool cabinet realizes the transformation of tool management from passive to active. Its functions, such as docking with the Rongshu Platform, provide a practical paradigm for the digital upgrade of manufacturing production line units.
