    目的 后建工程下穿既有超高压及特高压架空线时,需满足相关法律法规及电力主管部门安全要求。
    方法 本文以嘉善至西塘市域铁路下穿500KV/800KV/1000KV超高压特高压架空线方案为背景,归纳总结了后建工程下穿既有超高压及特高压架空线时所需注意的要点。
    结果及结论  在满足相关法律法规及电力主管部门安全要求的前提下,从前期规划到实施全阶段优化工程方案,确保项目顺利实施。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective When later-built projects pass beneath existing extra-high-volage (EHV) and ultra-high-voltage (UHV) overhead lines, relevant laws, regulations, and safety requirements issued by the electricity authorities must be satisfied.
    Method Using the scheme of the Jiashan–Xitang city railway passing beneath 500 kV / 800 kV / 1000 kV EHV and UHV overhead lines as the background, the key points that require attention when later-built projects cross underneath existing EHV and UHV overhead lines are summarized.
    Result & Conclusion  Under the premise of meeting the relevant laws, regulations, and safety requirements of the electricity authorities, the project scheme should be optimized across all phases—from preliminary planning to implementation—to ensure smooth project execution.
