Impact of Interval Shield Tunneling on Under-construction Mined Tunnels

    目的 通过数值模拟,评估区间盾构掘进过程对邻近施工中暗挖隧道的力学影响。
    方法 基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,构建了新建盾构隧道与施工中暗挖隧道的力学模型,探讨了盾构掘进对其周围土体和施工中暗挖隧道结构的应力重分布效应影响。选取典型地质条件下的工程为案例,分析了盾构掘进对施工中暗挖隧道结构内力、位移场及周边地层沉降的影响规律。
    结果及结论 盾构推力可能会对周边施工中的暗挖隧道造成一定程度的位移与变形影响,但通过合理设计和实施加固措施,可以将变形控制在可接受范围内。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Through numerical simulation, the mechanical impact of interval shield tunneling on adjacent under-construction mined tunnel is evaluated.
    Method Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, a mechanical model of a newly constructed shield tunnel and an under-construction mined tunnel is established to investigate the effects of shield tunneling on the stress redistribution in surrounding soil and the structure of the under-construction mined tunnel. A project under typical geological conditions is selected as a case study to analyze the influence of shield tunneling on the internal forces and displacement field of the under-construction mined tunnel structure, as well as the surrounding land subsidence.
    Result & Conclusion  Shield thrust may cause a certain degree of displacement and deformation to nearby under-construction mined tunnels. However, through reasonable design and the implementation of reinforcement measures, the deformation can be controlled within an acceptable range.
