Abstract:
Monitoring level of urban rail transit facilities and equipment affects the operation and maintenance management mode. Shanghai rail transit network has extensive large scale, enormous volume of facilities and equipment, complex operating environment, numerous external factors. Its central integrated monitoring and control system (CIOS) has mature and complete online monitoring technology, well equipped detection function, offering timely tracking, analysis and control of the equipment operation status in the whole network. On this basis, innovation and optimization of operation and maintenance management mode and adjustment of personnel position and responsibility can ensure the speed and pertinence of emergency response. Optimized operation and maintenance management mode will effectively increase operation and maintenance efficiency, benefiting carrying out relatively active emergency treatment management, so that comprehensive control ability of facilities and equipment is further enhanced.
