Overhaul Process Optimization of Metro Vehicle Traction Inverter Based on Modular Design

  • An optimal model for the traction inverter overhaul process is introduced. Based on RCM (reliability centered maintenance) theory, the modular design for traction inverter overhaul process is carried out, and a process optimal model is established which takes the minimum overhaul time as the objective function. The simulated annealing algorithm is selected for solution based on the traction inverter overhaul project on Shanghai metro Line 11, and the theoretical optimal result shows that the model shortens the project delivery cycle by 3 days. After reorganizing the production according to the optimal model, the actual average delivery time is shortened by 4.3 days, which improves the maintenance efficiency and verifies the feasibility of the optimal model.
