Planning of Xili Hub Based on Integrated Station and City Development in Shenzhen City

The integrated station and city development of high\|speed railway hub is an important development direction in the future, but there is no successful case available yet in Shenzhen City. To explore the integrated planning scheme of Xili High\|speed Railway Hub is the foundation for Shenzhen to build a new generation high\|quality hub and support the high\|quality development of the city. In this paper, the research and application of the integrated station and city development for high\|speed railway hub in China is introduced, and the basic strategies of the integrated station and city planning are summarized. Based on the idea of integrated station and city development, the planning practice exploration combined with the characteristics of Xili High\|speed Railway Hub is carried out, including the overall planning of transportation hub and urban development with spatial integration, the overall layout of hub transportation facilities with traffic integration, the overall organization of hub multi\|functional diversity with architecture integration, suggestions to strengthen the policy research and system design for the property right division of railway hub space are proposed.
