Influencing Factors of Thermal Insulation Performance of Train Body Enclosure Structure

  • Taking the enclosure structure of train body as the object, heat transfer coefficient of the vehicle body enclosure structure in different environmental conditions is tested through experiments and calculated based on CFD simulation. By comparing the simulation calculation results and the experiment results, it is found that the factors affecting the thermal insulation performance of the enclosure structure include: whether the breathable and cold-proof materials in the enclosure structure are in direct contact with the air, the internal humidity of the enclosure structure, and the installation gap between materials.
