Research on Finely Optimal Modeling for Train Operation Scheme of Suburban Rail Transit Under Express-local Mode

  • Aiming at the shortest travel time of passengers and the matching of train capacity and passenger flow volume, considering the main constraints such as number of stops, frequency of departure and time interval of departure, the bi-objective optimization model of suburban rail transit operation scheme under express-local mode is established, and the genetic-ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the bi\|objective optimization model. Based on the optimized operation scheme, the method for overtaking judgement in express-local mode is proposed, and on this basis, the carrying capacity of express-local trains is calculated. Taking Shanghai Metro Line 16 as an example, the bi-objective optimization model was verified through calculation. The result shows that the total passenger travel time is reduced by 9.2%, and the matching property of transport capacity with passenger flow volume is increased by 10.5%, which verified the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
