Digital Transformation of Operation and Maintenance in Shanghai Metro

Abstract
Shanghai Metro has formed a super large network and is faced with many challenges such as large passenger flow, complex system equipment and difficult operation and maintenance. To improve the quality of operation and maintenance and to guarantee safe operation, Shanghai Metro has accelerated promoting the digital transformation of operation and maintenance based on lifecycle management. Current situation of Shanghai Metro operation and maintenance and requirements of digitalization construction are analyzed, of which the technological support and application scenarios are introduced. It is proposed that, in the construction of digital operation and maintenance, by applying technological innovation in all scenarios, professional barriers and decentralized management interface are surmounted, thus the data flow and information flow are integrated, and the allocation of resources are optimized in the production process, forming an intensive and interconnected maintenance system. Based on digital operation and maintenance, the transformation from conventional line mode to network mode can be realized, achieving intergrated operation in all aspects.
