Dynamic Simulation Study on Transmission Components of Urban Rail Vehicle Door System

Abstract
Based on the simulation analysis function of the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn, the transmission components of urban rail vehicle door system are studied. Firstly, the dynamic model of the door system is built and the manual door closing process is simulated to verify the model parameters. Then the door opening and closing process is simulated to obtain the screw torque at each stage of door system movement. Finally, the finite element model of nut pair is established to check the strength of the main transmission components.
